The Wiggly Wonderland event is a seasonal event which is running from December 18th 2019 to December 30th 2019, local time. It is the successor to 2018's Wiggly Wonderland, and introduced the Chime Changer and its associated instruments.
Every day, the Twinkle Slime appears in the Far, Far Range, which awards Chimes when approaching it.
Chime Changer

As well as the Twinkle Slime returning in a similar fashion to the 2018 Wiggly Wonderland event, this event introduces the Chime Changer, which applies different instruments to chimes.
It, and its various instruments, are unlocked by bursting Twinkle Slimes.
