The prismal dimension: An ongoing area that is absolutely massive, and unlocked through the fourth vault (in glass desert). Spawns multiple new slimes. Towering spires dominate the landscape. No risk of tarr, despite the variety.
The skies: An area above the overgrowth and parts of the dry reef with floating islands. Spawns normal slimes for the area.
The snowed mountains: An area acessed from the depths of the indigo quarry. Spawns a couple new slimes, and some risk of tarr.
I hope you like my ideas! Tell me what you think! (continued from blog post)
How about a wetlands area accessed from the Overgrowth that introduces new aquatic slimes as well as a new "weather" effect like the fire storms. This would be Tide, you can find specifc slimes and treasure pods only during low tide and high tide. The Fin Slime, similar to a fish that eats veggies, is only found in high tide. The Mud Slime can only be found during low tide and eats fruits. Love your ideas too!

I like them, but there would need to be enough benefit during high tide to make up for the lost land. We could make it an extension from the beach. Maybe a feral zone?
What if they added more liquid-like slimes like the Puddle and Fire Slime that can be put in upgraded ponds (the upgrades would only allow you to put that liquid in the pond, you would have to go out a retrieve the liquid in order to put it in the upgraded pond.) Some could include Ancient Water Slime, Acid Slime, and Lava Slime. It would also be cool if you could make largos out of these "liquid" slimes, but not with normal slimes.
Acid Slimes could be found a new area called the Swamplands and the Lava Slimes could be located in the Volcanic Geysers, where Geyser Slimes can also be found.
Another idea I had was being able to collect Tarr Plorts by putting a Tarr in a pond with a new Wall upgrade, then feeding them Slimes.
location power plant its a abandoned power plant. sticky slimes spawn here. rad slimes spawn here too, located near the glass desert and was used to get sand slimes. teleportation required.
it used nuclear power and is damaged. this causes sticky slimes to get metal stuck to them.
radiation puddles are all around this island. fresh water spawns here as well. oases are located on the island so a fountain needs to be activated. you can find broken pipes when a drill is used. you need a repairer to repair the pipe so it can be used to make, water collector, pipe and wire pipe that powers , rad plort liquid maker, treasure pod maker(green pod=10000 newbucks blue pod= 50000 newbucks black pod=100000 newbucks)
a endless storm on a stormy area of the far far range. it rains hard here. the lightning slime spawns here, feral largos are here to. they are mad because the food is electric because of lightning strikes. a random time fog comes. there is a ongoing tornado on a hill. its teleporter is hidden in the glass desert.
a lightning slime is a hard slime to ranch because it can make dust clouds which make other slimes agitated. when lighting slime is agitated it will make itself more electrical and releases a big cloud which is about the size of 4 corrals. it will release lightning onto random places.
diet: electric food
fav food: electric heart beet(rare in the stormy area)
details: grey,lightning going around it
spawns in: storm
in the slime sea there is a oil rig far away from the islands. a vault is hidden on the oil rig and you can find primordy oil on conveyors. it takes place on a oil spill so the water around the oil rig is has some black in it. the sticky slime is common here. the teleporter to the oil rig is on the power station. there is 4 gordos on the oil rig.
The PESKIEST of them all. With their advanced tech they can send an EMP on rare times to the rancher which disables the HUD and makes them unable to use abilities that use energy for a limited time. When put into an slime alike lava will launch them away. Not only that but they can turn off music and lights within the coral! These can be re-enabled by splashing water at the coral.
Things to note: After being splashed by water they are unable to plort or move for a temporary amount of time and will spark up. If you go near or touch them you will lose some health.
Diet: 100Megabytes and Gigabytes- Megabytes can be obtained through the Megabyter. Transfers any food into a version of the food that looks like its been changed into binary. It keeps its colour and shape but is now textured with binary.
Favourite - Gigabytes - How do you obtain gigabytes? Well you need only some food and these foods are more further game foods like gilded ginger or painted hens. This will be easy after getting far into a save.
More Information: The slime is in two variations dark blue and dark green (NOT TO BE MISTAKEN AS A WATER SLIME OR TANGLE SLIME) and floats in the air due to its ability to hover. It also has floating particles of the slimes colour around them.
I’d want to add on to the swampland/beach idea with high & low tide... maybe at low tide you could see some sort of sunken ruins? And at high tide you could find geysers, which would be too tall to reach otherwise, and a special kind of slime?
Here’s two slime ideas:
Favorite fruit: Static Melon(?)
Docile: Ish? It won’t hurt you on purpose, but touching you gives a big shock like Rock slimes do.
Found in: the geysers in The Cold Marsh (?)
Toy: Outlet Box, a toy that reduces slime agitation, especially Charged Slimes who have been known to try and cheer up the sad faces on the box.
Favorite meat: Swampy Hens
Docile: Yes, but has a risk of going feral more easily than other slimes
Found in: The Geysers in The Cold Marsh
Toy: Bottled Water, a toy that reduces slime agitation, especially Geyser Slimes who are distracted by trying to open the bottle- none ever succeed, of course.
Pink, rock, tabby, and phosphor slimes will also spawn here, but boom slimes are pretty common here.
if u kill a tabby slime you get a 25% chance to get tabby meat
snowy forest: a forest full of snow. acces: indigo quary
healt pet: 50. if dies it goes to your ranch and it is staying there until you feed it tabby meat
A mostly blue slime with a heart of gold and voice of an angel
Favorite: Do Fruit
Slimeology: Song Slimes are rare-ish slimes that seem to have a musical pattern on their bodies, they love to sing and may even perhaps be the slimes singing on the radio! On their head looks to be a music note, this can also act as an antennae of sort.
Rancher Risks: The songs of these slimes will reduce agitation in nearby slimes, however, their plorts also emits songs, which could attract slimes and lead up to unintended largos, or worse...
Plortonomics: The plorts from these slimes seem to be able to help a great deal with instruments, and can even make people sing better, for that reason, the plorts from these slimes are greatly saught after and in pretty high demand
Area found: Perhaps the Ancient Ruins or Glass Dessert.
A rainbow slime with an equally rainbow personality
Favorite: Shoggery Plant
Slimeology: Spectrum slimes are believed to be the slimes that created the spectrum of colors we see today, white light shined into their bodies turns into an array of breathtaking colors
Rancher Risks: When it's sunny out the Spectrum slime will shine the many colors of the spectrum, which can also temporarily blind ranchers who look directly at it, some ranchers end up stumbling around, or sometimes even falling into the Slime Sea below!
Plortonomics: These colorful plorts are used to help color artificial foodstuff, they're also widely used in all kinds of paints, due to the many colors of the slime, any color paint can be created thanks to their plorts!
Area found: Prismal Dimension
Credit: Prismite (Original creator of slime, I created the concept art and added some of my own ideas to their original slime, don't take anything I say at face value, this isn't MY slime, it's theirs ^^ and if they so wish for this to be taken down, I will happily take it down :) I just wanted to do this because I was bored lol)
Slimeology: No-one's too sure where it comes from or where it goes, nor are they sure what the spikey ear/horn-like things on their head is, they're very mystical slimes, thought not to be real, if you find one, be sure to vac it up fast!
Rancher Risks: They pose no direct threats, however, when they appear, due to how rare they are, and how fast they are, it often enduces panic in ranchers.
Plortonomics: Their plorts are very helpful to those with a brown thumb in gardening, it's believed these slimes can help plants grow, so their plorts are used as a fertilizer, which works very well.
