The Digsite is an expansion accessible from The Den. The area contains a large digging site with large slime-shaped fossils in the walls. While similar in appearance, these large fossils do not produce Slime Fossils.
The Digsite also contains one small pond and a waterfall river, making it a very convenient place to keep your puddle slimes. There are Spring Pads along the waterfall, allowing for more vertical height.

The Digsite is an expansion that revealed itself when a wall collapsed inside the Den, revealing an abandoned archaeological site. It's not clear what the excavator was searching for on the site's windswept cliffs, or if they ever discovered it.
