Mosaic Slimes are not in the current version of the game, and the only trace of their existence right now is in the Slimepedia Page for Prickle Pear (also unreleased, but almost fully coded) as its favorite. It is unknown how this slime will look, behave etc. until it has been added into the game's code or fully implemented. The value of this slime's plort may also be released sooner than it will be added.
