Plort production[]
Gold Slimes produce a plort when hit by food or a plort.
They can produce three with Golden Sureshot
They produce 5 plorts when eating a Gilded Ginger, regardless of Sureshot.
They can even react to unripe food.
They do not produce plorts by colliding with other slimes.
They do not react to Slime Science Resources
They do not react to Water
Behaviors[]
Gold Slimes behave like regular slimes when the player has not been noticed.
And even have the ability to stack.
But will actively try to flee at any given opportunity once the player has been noticed, until it despawns.
Despawning.
Gold Slimes can despawn even while being fed.
And can despawn instantly when hit in the face.
They are sensitive to the vac stream; they don't need to touch it to be affected by it.
They can be equipped with Fashion Pods.
When on a #1 Slime Stage they do not flee, and do not despawn.
...but will as soon as it comes off.
